Co-Active Leadership Experience

During the Co-Active® Leadership Experience participants will spend 3-days immersed in experiential group learning of the 5 Dimensions of Co-Active® Leadership. By course end, each participant will have discovered new principles and techniques for responding to any leadership situation with fluidity and flexibility, and the ability to achieve collaborative solutions that would never have been possible otherwise. You will:
• Identify the strengths within your unique leadership.
• Acquire abilities to respond to any leadership situation creatively.
• Discover new leadership principles and techniques.
• Learn the five dimensions of the Co-Active® Leadership model and how to apply them in all aspects of your work and personal life.
• Create a plan for the next steps in your leadership development.

Leader as Coach

This is a highly interactive “virtual” program that supports participants in integrating key coaching skills into their leadership style.It’s unique in design, is highly customizable and can be delivered at an individual, team and or organizational level.The program is designed to ensure that participants obtain an in-depth understanding of the ‘coach approach’ to leadership, managing and/or selling. Participants will be able to integrate skills/competencies that are required to effectively drive results by mastering:
